Where we work
Axiom manages HOA, residential, and commercial properties across 14 mountain towns in Summit, Eagle, and Lake Counties — and we are actively expanding into the Eagle County corridor.
Why It Matters
Coverage is not the same as proximity
Plenty of management companies will say they cover the high country. Ours is built around routes our own crews can actually reach before sunrise, with one point of contact who knows the property.
Crews, not subcontractors
Snow and grounds work is done in house on planned routes, so a storm does not put your property at the back of somebody else's queue.
24/7 emergency response
After-hours and weekend issues are covered at no extra charge in every town we serve — not just the ones closest to us.
One local point of contact
A dedicated account manager who knows your buildings, wherever the property sits. No call center, no regional handoff.
Summit County
Axiom is a native Summit County company with more than 40 years of combined HOA experience here. Most of the associations we manage sit within a 20-minute drive of each other, which is what lets our crews reach every property before residents start their day.
23 associations under management across the high country
Copper Mountain
The heart of our portfolio — ski-in, ski-out condo buildings and townhome communities across Center, West, and East Village.
Keystone
River Run and Mountain House communities, including buildings with direct walking access to the lifts.
Silverthorne
Townhome and lakeside communities along the Blue River valley, minutes from the I-70 corridor.
Dillon
Condo and townhome associations around Dillon Reservoir, where our leadership has decades of history.
Frisco
Year-round residential communities in the middle of the county, well positioned for snow and grounds routes.
Breckenridge
Resort and residential associations on the south end of the county.
Eagle County
We are expanding west into the Eagle County corridor and actively taking on new associations, snow contracts, and grounds contracts there. The mountain conditions are the ones we already manage for daily — heavy snowfall, tight resort access, and a mix of resort and year-round residential communities. Being new here means board-level attention from the people who run the company, and pricing set to earn a foothold rather than to maximize a route that is already full.
Vail
Resort condo and townhome associations where snow response time and parking control matter most.
Beaver Creek
Slope-side communities with amenity and common-area demands close to those we manage at Copper.
Avon
A mix of resort-adjacent and year-round associations at the base of Beaver Creek.
Edwards
Growing residential communities down valley, with more full-time residents than the resort cores.
Eagle
Year-round neighborhoods and townhome associations with straightforward, predictable grounds needs.
Gypsum
Down-valley residential communities on the western edge of the county.
Minturn
Smaller historic-town associations between Vail and the Eagle valley floor.
Lake County
Over Fremont Pass from Copper Mountain, Leadville sits above 10,000 feet and gets weather to match. We already manage there.
Leadville
A historic mining town with unmatched charm — and snow loads that reward the equipment we run.
Not sure if we reach you?
If your property sits anywhere along the I-70 corridor between Leadville and Gypsum, ask. We would rather tell you straight than have you guess.
